The Instamatic Matte Service provides a matte color finish that varies depending on the starting hair color, as it acts like a color filter over the hair. Mix in a 1:1 ratio with Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% or 4%, apply to dry or towel-dried hair, and leave on for 5-20 minutes depending on the desired intensity. After the exposure time, dampen the hair with some warm water and gently emulsify. Then rinse thoroughly. Wash the hair with Wella Professionals Care Brilliance. To neutralize oxidation residues and stabilize the color, we recommend Wella Professionals Care Color Treatment.
