With glucosamine sulfate, chondroitin sulfate, camphor, pepper fruit extract, and beneficial essential oils, it cools first and then warms.

Ingredients include glucosamine sulfate, chondroitin sulfate, pepper fruit extract, camphor, essential oils such as menthol, lavender oil, lemon oil, eucalyptus oil, cardamom oil, rosewood oil, cinnamon bark oil, rosemary oil, ginger, and a gel base.
