Derma-Merfen NoseGel is a gel based on high-molecular hyaluronic acid in the form of hyalurosomes, panthenol and vitamin E with a moisturising effect. The gel is suitable for use in cases of dryness and inflammation of the nasal mucosa and the skin around the nose and in the nostrils. The gel adheres strongly and for a long time to the nasal mucosa (high mucoadhesiveness). As a result, it supports the restoration of the fluid film on the mucous membrane.

Ingredients
Sodium hyaluronate, panthenol, vitamin E acetate, glycerine, lecithin, ethylhexylglycerine, phenoxyethanol, purified water.
Instructions for use
- Blow your nose thoroughly. - Remove the tube cap, insert the tip of the tube into one nostril and then apply a dose of gel by pressing lightly on the tube. Repeat the application in the other nostril. - Distribute the product evenly in the nasal cavities by gently massaging the outside of the nostrils. - After use, clean the tip of the tube and close it tightly. If there is additional skin irritation around the nose (perinasal region), the product can also be applied to the skin around the nostrils. In the case of treatment with medication such as decongestants, cortisone and antihistamines, the product should be applied at least 30 minutes after the medication treatment. Suitable for babies, children and adults. Dosage: Apply 3 to 4 times a day as required. Frequency of product use: The duration of application depends on the course of the symptoms. For single patient use only.
