Application:
Wash and rinse hair. Apply the perm solution to the curlers using a sponge. Wait for the required time to pass. Rinse thoroughly with water. This product neutralizes the effect of the permanent wave solution on the hair and restores the structure of the hair fiber after its shaping effect. After showering, dry the water from the curlers with a towel. Apply the neutralizer (reserve some for the end) to each curler and let it sit for 5 minutes. Relax and apply the rest of the neutralizer once the hair is loose. Rinse with plenty of water. It is an amino acid-rich concentrate that gives the hair the nourishing power of natural silk.
