For the protection and treatment of lesions and symptoms of herpes labialis (cold sores). Urgo Filmogel Cold Sores is indicated for the protection and treatment of lesions and symptoms of herpes labialis (cold sores). This product should be used from the first symptoms until the pimple has completely disappeared.
Urgo Herpes Blisters, Filmogel forms a discrete treatment film that is effective at all stages of the cold sore. It relieves tingling, itching and burning and limits the appearance of pimples and the formation of blisters and crusts. In addition, this filmogel prevents contamination and promotes healing.
Directions for use:
Adults and children aged 6 and over: 2-4 times daily.
- Apply the dose required to cover the pimple to clean skin using the disposable applicator. You may experience a temporary tingling or burning sensation during application.
- Allow to dry for about 1-2 minutes. The drying time depends on the amount of product applied.
- A transparent film will form on your cold sore.
- This filmogel should be applied up to four times a day at the first symptoms (tingling, itching, burning) to limit the release of the pimple.
- To continue the treatment, repeat the application as often as necessary, depending on how well the film remains on your skin and lip: maximum 2 to 4 applications per day.
- Continue treatment until complete healing.
