Do not puncture the blister. If the blister is already punctured, clean it with soap and water and apply an antiseptic. Remove the transparent wing (arrow area) and warm your plaster in the palms of your hands before removing the decorated protective paper. Place the plaster on clean and dry skin, positioning the centre part of the plaster directly over the blister. Smooth the edges carefully to optimise the adhesive strength. The plaster will come off by itself after 2 to 3 days.
