The Tunturi Yoga foam block massage roller 33 cm (14TUSYO025) has a hard inner roller and is ideal for self-massage as well as for massage by a therapist. The special dimpled surface of the Tunturi yoga massage roller and the longitudinal and transverse indentations ensure an excellent massage effect. Tension, hardening and adhesions in the connective tissue are loosened and released. The foam block massage roller from Tunturi also helps to promote regeneration. The length of this roller is 33 cm and the diameter is 13 cm. The roller comes in the colour blue.
