The bandage is designed in cut and execution similar to model No. 3109 and features an additional Trans-Tex (TT) popliteal insert. The size of the insert is approximately 8 cm (H) x 10 cm (W) and covers the popliteal area. It significantly enhances mobility in the popliteal region by reducing the formation of folds, without any noticeable loss of stabilization.

The Trans-Tex material allows moisture to pass from the inside to the outside (sweat management) without causing evaporative cooling. The application area of the bandage is comparable to that of No. 3109, but it is expanded for patients who negatively react to compression, heat, and moisture in the popliteal area or require improved mobility of the knee joint, for example, during sports activities.
