The Actiroll Rumble M foam roller - made in Germany - is an air-filled yet firm roller that serves as a recovery tool for self-massage and relaxation. The Actiroll can be easily and infinitely adjusted to different hardness levels using the included hand pump. This makes the Actiroll perfect for achieving new progressions in application and for working with different individuals and requirements. Unlike a foam roller, there is no material fatigue. The air filling, combined with the firm surface of the product, creates an absorbing (rebounding) effect. This allows for pain-free rolling over joints and vertebrae without the risk of injury. The massage effect is targeted and deep due to the large knobs.

How is the Actiroll used? When massaging using one's own body weight, adhesions and tension can be released. This can promote blood circulation throughout the entire body. With the large knobs, it provides an even stronger and deeper massage effect.
