Maltodextrin, xanthan gum, potassium chloride. Gluten free.
Instructions for use
For thickening liquids: First pour the required amount of powder into a clean, dry container/glass. Then pour the desired amount of liquid over the powder. Stir immediately until the powder is completely dissolved. Any remaining lumps will dissolve after 1-2 minutes. Do not add any additional powder to the thickened drink. The desired consistency (for 100 ml of liquid (water, juice, tea, coffee)):1 = slightly thickened - 1/2 sachet2 = slightly thickened (nectar-like) - 1 sachet3 = medium thickened (honey-like) - 2 sachets4 = heavily thickened (pudding-like) - 3* sachetsDesired consistency (for 200 ml of liquid (water, juice, tea, coffee)):1 = slightly thickened - 1 sachet2 = slightly thickened (nectar-like) - 2 sachets3 = medium thickened (honey-like) - 4 sachets4 = heavily thickened (pudding-like) - 6* sachets1 sachet = 1.2g. * For IDDSI level 4: heavily thickened liquids are assessed using the "fork drop test". It is the responsibility of the person administering ThickenUp Clear to ensure sufficient consistency of the liquid.
