The adjustable strap keeps it comfortably in place, and the color-changing technology visually indicates when your wrap is ready for use. Can be heated or frozen to relieve pain of all kinds. Relieves pain with 20 minutes of doctor recommended therapy. 17 "x 6.75" and filled with pliable gel beads that easily conform to your body, even when frozen. Perfect for lower / upper back pain, trunk / midsection injuries and ham / quad pulls. Use hot therapy for muscle aches / spasms, joint stiffness, pain and pre-workout activities and cold therapy for sprains, bruises, inflammation, muscle strains / pulls and post-workout activities.
