Tanno-Hermal Cream is a medical product that primarily exerts a drying effect through the astringent properties of the synthetic tannin it contains, stabilizing the skin barrier. The synthetic tannin forms a protective film over the pathologically altered skin areas. By drying out inflamed, oozing skin areas and promoting scab formation, it deprives bacteria and fungi of their nutrient base, counteracting further spread of the skin infection.

Ingredients: 100 g of Tanno-Hermal Cream contains 1 g of synthetic tannin, Aqua, Isopropyl Myristate, Steareth-5 Stearate, Propylene Glycol, Cetyl Alcohol, Palmitic Acid, Steareth-2, Laureth-10, Phenoxyethanol, Stearic Acid, Macrogol Stearyl Ether-21, Phenyl Dimethicone, Dimethicone.

Ingredients
100 g cream contains: 1 g synthetic tanning agent (tannin). Other ingredients: aqua, isopropyl myristate, steareth-5 stearate, propylene glycol, cetyl alcohol, palmitic acid, steareth-2, laureth-10, phenoxyethanol, stearic acid, macrogol stearyl ether-21, phenyl dimethicone, dimethicone.
Instructions for use
Tanno-Hermal cream is usually applied thinly to the affected areas of skin twice a day. If desired, more frequent application is also possible. Tanno-Hermal Cream is applied until the affected areas of skin have healed. There is no time limit. If the skin condition does not improve or worsens, a doctor should be consulted.
