Indications:
Tanno-Hermal Cream is a medical product that primarily exerts a drying effect and stabilizes the skin barrier due to the astringent properties of the synthetic tannin it contains. The synthetic tannin forms a protective film over the affected skin areas. By drying out inflamed, oozing skin areas and promoting scab formation, it deprives bacteria and fungi of nutrients, thus counteracting further spread of skin infections.
Ingredients: 100 g of Tanno-Hermal Cream contains 1 g of synthetic tannin (Tannin), Aqua, Isopropyl Myristate, Steareth-5 Stearate, Propylene Glycol, Cetyl Alcohol, Palmitic Acid, Steareth-2, Laureth-10, Phenoxyethanol, Stearic Acid, Macrogol Stearyl Ether-21, Phenyl Dimethicone, Dimethicone.
