Upon contact with exudate, Suprasorb Liquacel gels into a clear gel that encapsulates wound exudate, debris, and bacteria. It has been observed that Suprasorb Liquacel is easy to cut when dry and can be easily placed or packed. The ease of handling is also evident during removal: Suprasorb Liquacel can be removed intact and in one piece when wet. This minimizes the risk of dressing remnants remaining in the wound.
