Take Supradyn pro energy-iron as a temporary daily supplement for fatigue. The combination of all 13 vitamins and 9 minerals, including extra iron, provides the body with an optimum supply of micronutrients.
An adequate supply of all vitamins, minerals and extra iron supports fatigue caused by an active lifestyle and iron requirements, e.g. due to blood loss during menstruation or a low-iron diet.
Adults and adolescents take one effervescent tablet daily. One effervescent tablet contains on average 100 % of the daily reference amount of vitamins. The film-coated tablets are easy to swallow.
Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness. Vitamin C, D and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for good health
