Stop Hémo Cotton wool

Keep calm, tilt your head forward and blow your nose properly to remove any blood clots, open the Stop Hémo cotton wool bag and roll the cotton wool lengthwise into a tight pen. The cotton wool can be impregnated with a physiological serum to facilitate insertion into the nostril, insert Stop Hémo cotton wool, then press the two nostrils together for 10 minutes and remain still, then leave the cotton wool in the nose for 20 to 30 minutes before carefully removing it.
