Application

Clean and dry your teeth before use. Simply peel off the protective foil from the larger strip and place the adhesive side of the strips on the upper teeth, pressing firmly. Fold the bottom end around the teeth to whiten them all around. Repeat the same for the bottom row of teeth with the smaller strip. Leave the strips on the teeth for 30-60 minutes for best results. Then remove the strips and rinse your mouth.
