Application

For optimal results, first brush your teeth thoroughly. Then remove the larger strip from the foil and place it on your upper teeth. Fold the strip over the back of the teeth and press it firmly. Repeat this step with the smaller strip on your lower teeth. Now simply let the gel strips work overnight. Remove the strips the next morning and rinse your mouth well. Repeat the application as needed until you achieve the desired result.
