Sisters Republic menstrual pants are washable and reusable for many years, but to maximise their absorbency, we recommend washing them once before use. To take the best possible care of them and to make them last as long as possible, we recommend that you :

Rinse your menstrual panties with cold water as soon as you remove them until the water runs clear.

To put your menstrual panties in machine program delicate 30°C with the remainder of your linen (promised, all will be well :-)), without softener, nor bleach. Ideally put your menstrual panties in a small net to protect them like any other underwear.

Do not use a tumble dryer but leave your menstrual panties to dry in the open air.
