Heat application:
Place the Sissel Soft Touch PRO flat on the turntable in the clean microwave. Heat for 60 seconds at 600, maximum 800 watts, remove and check. If more heat is desired, knead well to achieve even heat distribution and continue heating in 15-second intervals. The total heating time should not exceed 90 seconds.

Cold application:
Please lay the Sissel Soft Touch PRO flat in the freezer for 1-2 hours. (Not suitable for temperatures below -12 °C.) The cold Sissel Soft Touch PRO can now be placed on the affected painful areas. The special frost-free Sissel Soft Touch PRO surface is very pleasant.

Contraindications:

• Unexplained or acute inflammatory or febrile illnesses
• In case of disturbed heat or cold sensitivity
• On injured skin
• In the presence of tumors or eczema as well as cardiovascular diseases
• On open wounds
• In non-compliant patients or those sensitive to kidney and bladder issues
• In infants or toddlers under 1 year, as their heat or cold sensitivity may differ from that of adults.
