Instructions for use | 1 filter bag for 1 cup. Pour in boiling water, leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes, gently squeeze out the bag and remove. For digestive complaints, adults, schoolchildren and infants from 6 months take 1 cup (1-2 filter bags) 3 to 4 times a day between meals. For inflammation of the mucous membrane (mouth/throat) gargle or rinse several times a day with the freshly prepared tea. For skin irritations (abrasions, small wounds), bathe or dab the affected parts of the body with the freshly prepared tea several times a day. |
