The SECURA Lolly is an alcohol-free skin protection solution specifically designed for sensitive or compromised skin. This innovative wound care product provides reliable and long-lasting protection, which is particularly important in cases of incontinence, exudate exposure, or as a wound edge protector. The transparent protective film effectively combats irritation from fluids such as urine, stool, or digestive juices and protects the skin from adhesions and mechanical trauma that can occur during dressing changes. Thanks to its high permeability to oxygen and water vapor, the risk of maceration is significantly reduced. The gentle formulation is free from alcohol, fragrances, and preservatives, making it particularly skin-friendly. It can be safely used on adults, children, and even full-term infants from the first month of life. Additionally, under negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT), the Lolly provides reliable wound edge protection for up to four days.
