A toning additive that allows for lightening of up to 8 levels when added to BLONDME Bond Enforcing Premium Lightener 9+. Provides the hair with long-lasting toning. Application: Apply to dry, unwashed hair without contact with the scalp and leave on for 20-60 minutes. Do not exceed the recommended exposure time. Additional heat application is not recommended. Do not use on very blonde or previously lightened hair. Color: cool.
