The Schildkröt Dual Massage Set consists of a duo ball (approximately 8x16 cm) and a massage ball (diameter: 8 cm) made from EPP foam, which offers high stability at a low weight. The set is versatile and suitable for massage and self-massage of various body areas. It promotes circulation and regeneration while relieving tension. The massage ball is ideal for targeted massage of connective tissue, particularly for the soles of the feet, buttocks, and chest area. The duo ball is used for massaging parallel muscle strands, such as in the neck and spine area, as well as for calves, shins, thighs, and arms. Color: Black/Green. Made in Germany.
