Description
Eyeliner pencil in medium blue with a soft texture - 100% natural. The smooth formula with organic jojoba oil glides on effortlessly and perfectly complements any eyeshadow look, or looks stunning on its own.
Application
To accentuate the eyes, use the eyeliner pencil as a line on the upper lid, and for a denser lash line, apply the pencil directly along the upper and/or lower lash line. The line can also be drawn on the inner eyelid. Blend lightly with your fingertips or a brush to achieve a smoky eye effect.
