Rocktape was developed to meet the demands and needs of therapists and medical professionals in therapy. The outstanding properties of Rocktape result from its tightly woven structure, which consists of 97% cotton and 3% advanced synthetic fiber. This composition gives Rocktape a stretchability of up to 180% of its original length and allows it to return to its original length without loss of elasticity. Thus, Rocktape offers the same properties as human skin. If the tape did not have this elasticity, it would lose its effectiveness on the skin after a short time and become unnecessary. The adhesive used for Rocktape is made from a pure acrylic mixture, making it free from latex, silicone, and zinc. The adhesive contains 30% more acrylate (the adhesive also used in commercial bandages) than conventional tapes on the market. This makes it extremely durable, even under extreme conditions such as sweat and water.
