Instructions for use
1. Clean and dry the forehead before application. Open the sachet and remove the patch. 2. Remove part of the transparent film, apply the patch to the forehead, and carefully peel off the film. 3. Remove, discard, and replace with a new patch if needed (1–2 patches per day). External and single use only. Do not apply to eyes, wounds, or sensitive skin. Discontinue use if irritation or allergic reaction occurs and consult a doctor. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a physician before use. Sterile packaging.
