Instructions for use
Step 1 Start at the fullest part of your brow and gradually fill in sparse areas with short strokes. Apply more strokes for a thicker brow look. Step 2 Use the brush side of the pencil to shape your brows and gently blend the colour. Tip: Then use the Hi-Def Brow Gel to set your eyebrows.
