It determines 13 key body metrics: body weight, BMI, body fat percentage, water content, muscle mass, bone mass, skeletal muscle, lean body weight, visceral and subcutaneous fat, protein, biological age, and basal metabolic rate.

It monitors your health and fitness. The RENPHO app helps you set goals and track your progress. The app also supports a baby mode that records the weight of children and pets.

Important notes: Place the scale on a hard, flat surface and step on the scale only barefoot. Step briefly in the center of the weighing platform to start the calibration.
