Eyebrow and eyelash dye according to the RefectoCil method for long-lasting and waterproof coloring. One tube is sufficient for about 30 applications. A dye stick and a detailed description are included. Developer liquid must be ordered separately.
Preparation: Apply RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream, eye mask, and eyelash pads or silicone pads as per instructions. Mix 2 cm of dye with 10 drops of RefectoCil Liquid Oxidant or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Cream Oxidant to create a creamy paste. Apply to eyebrows and eyelashes and let it sit for 10 minutes. Remove with clear water and cotton pads. If RefectoCil Blonde Brow was used beforehand, the application time is reduced to 1 to 5 minutes, and for Eyelash Curl to 2 minutes.
