Teeth are definitely less sensitive to cold / heat.
I feel a good protection, but of course that's just a feeling. According to Elmex, this toothpaste is number 1 when it comes to dentist recommendations. Whether this study is credible or rather just marketing is hard to say, probably hard to say even for dentists. But I trust Elmex in general, and I think there are certainly worse choices.Pro
