The best massage ball!
I am not playing Lacrosse. I am using it as massage ball and I can promise you there is nothing better than this.
If you suffer like me from cramps, muscle tension.
This is best massage ball to make you feel better.
I tried a lot of balls and styrofoam from BlackRoll are not that good.
I use BlackRoll roller and it is the best.
But when it comes to massage ball, GO FOR LACROSSE ball!
This is my second ball. I lost the first one while moving out from my home country.

Ideal for targeted self-massage, for example on the sole of the foot. If the ball is too hard for you, you can "feel your way" with the help of a tennis ball.
