You don't have a cable on the glass itself, so you can also use it to rinse your mouth. The glass stands on the charging station (the silver one in the picture) and the cable is fixed to this station. :-)
I went to different places with the same request and had no success. For this reason, I opted for a different product. I didn't want an arsenal of glasses that I don't need. It's a shame really, because I was very happy with the Sonicare Diamond Clean.
Hi, Interesting! Mine was exactly the same: it started up on its own and wouldn't load again. VG
Of course not. If you switch it on and want to switch it off again, then yes - that's how you select the programme at the beginning, with a button. But if the brush runs for a few seconds, it switches off normally by pressing the button again. Quite intuitive, actually.
Hello I have received these. This is the glass, or rather the base for the glass. Greetings MH
You could order the following: Philips Travel Case for Philips Sonicare DiamondClean .
Unfortunately, we do not yet have any further information on when we will be able to procure the product again. As soon as we know more, we will be happy to update this here.
Yes, the electric brush comes with a travel charging case with an integrated USB-A charging port and a matching plug. This makes it easy to charge the toothbrush at home or when travelling. The only drawback with charging in general. It takes 24 hours from empty to 100%. However, this protects the battery when charging. When the battery is completely empty, it takes approx. 5 minutes to charge for a single brushing session. So you don't have to wait a whole day before you can brush your teeth again when the battery is completely empty.
Hello, the mechanism of my toothbrush was also defective once during the warranty period. It was also replaced with a new one, but it works perfectly... However, I am switching back to the "conventional" toothbrushes. I don't like the fact that I can't "scrub" anymore. I somehow can't cope with just holding it down... :-)
hello. normally you have to buy such spare parts directly from the manufacturer, but even there they are no longer available for sale https://www.philips.ch/c-p/HX9000_01/sonicare-diamondclean-glasbecher
Basically, you can say that the DiamondClean 9000 replaces the "old" DiamondClean and is the new model. Here are the main differences: - The DiamondClean has 5 cleaning modes (clean, white, deep clean, gum health & sensitive) compared to the 4 modes of the DiamondClean 9000 (clean, white+, gum health & deep clean+). - The DiamondClean 9000 has 3 brushing intentistes (low, medium and high) which are not available on the original DiamondClean. - The DiamondClean 9000 has additional buttons and icons on the handle. - The DiamondClean 9000 has Bluetooth connectivity. - The DiamondClean 9000 has BrushSync technology. - The DiamondClean 9000 has a pressure sensor. - The DiamondClean 9000 has a USB cable integrated in the housing instead of a detachable cable. - The DiamondClean is available in 4 colours (black, white, rose gold and rose gold) compared to the 2 colours (black and rose) of the DiamondClean 9000. - The DiamondClean 9000 has a retail price of around 190 compared to the DiamondClean's around 140.
Quote from the product description: "...With two brush heads...".
Yes, the toothbrush can be charged without the glass. However, it only holds in the bowl when it is leaned against it, the toothbrush cannot simply be placed on it.
Digitec / Galaxus should be able to organise this or include it in their shop - at least the "parent company" even offers it online for CHF 29.90 (via Google: Sonicare replacement glass).
The brush head can be changed easily, which means that the use of the toothbrush by two or more people is definitely not a problem. The battery life is also perfectly adequate over the long term.
I have been using mine since 23.09.2019 but with the C3 Premium Plaque Defence head (which is a little softer) and still have the first one in use, but would have to change it soon, so 6 months is fine, Phillips gives 3 months, maybe that helps you a little.
You don't have a 100% cleaning guarantee here either, but the model here does its job really well. does a really good job, cleans really well, is pleasant, and also the the feeling afterwards feels very clean.
This is a USBa cable, so yes you can buy it, but there is probably an old cable lying around somewhere that you can use ;-)
The manufacturer number is HX9395/88
Hello Fabian 888 Theoretically, this is possible. The toothbrush just has to be close enough to the station. The glass in the scope of delivery is of course optimally adapted to the shape.
The toothbrush can be switched off (or paused) with one click - but only after it has been in operation for 5 s or longer (if the button is pressed during 5 s of operation, the brush is not switched off, but the mode is changed). If the button is pressed again within 30 s after switching off/pausing, the programme continues from where it was interrupted; if no further click is made within these 30 s and the brush remains off, the programme starts again from the beginning when it is switched on again later. see also: https://www.philips.sa/en/c-p/HX9352_04/sonicare-diamondclean-sonic-electric-toothbrush#st=360-02

Yes, only in black at the moment.
Yes, it comes with two.
No, but you can buy them separately....
According to the manufacturer, DiamondClean and DiamondClean Smart chargers are not interchangeable & can be used with other/older versions.
