Is it possible to reorder the charging cable somewhere? Mine no longer works.

I have been bald for years due to low hair growth. Two weeks ago I had to have an operation because of a skull fracture. The scar is healing well and is now easy to clean and touch. However, before I go over it with a wet razor as I used to, I was advised to use a skin-friendly electric razor. What is your experience with the device on skin folds, pimples or the nipple area? Is it possible to accidentally damage the skin surface if used correctly?

i unpacked the product and charged it for several hours because the battery was empty. a day later i couldn't use it because the battery was empty. then i charged it again and it showed over 50% after only a few minutes. after about two minutes of use it was empty again. after charging it again for 10 minutes, it showed 95% and for another 2 minutes of use, the 95% became 0%. that can't be normal to charge it so fast and then not use it for a few minutes. the final solution would be to send it back for repair, which is a shame.

How can I charge the battery if the charging station is not supplied?

How do you charge? With cable or charging station? This looks like the Pro model that charges with a charging station and takes an hour to fully charge and then runs for 90 minutes. Is that right?
