There is a small brush with which you can more or less remove the hairs. There is always some left over, but it doesn't matter. You can remove the head for oiling and cleaning, but I have never rinsed it with water. The whole thing should be nicely lubricated. It's not a classic 0815 waterproof body shaver for 50Fr., but a professional device that is designed for continuous use at the hairdresser. It is a great product! If you are looking for a quality product for your head and facial hair, then you will certainly be satisfied with it.

I would ask panasonic switzerland directly for a replacement charging cable. I don't think you'll find one here at Galaxus.

Yes, it is well suited for this. However, the minimum shaving distance is 0.8 mm, i.e. almost 1 mm, which means you have very fine stubble that you have to remove with a wet razor if necessary.

If you turn the head around and place the blade vertically, you can also cut contours without any problems. I haven't measured whether it's 0.8, but the cut is very short. If I want it smooth, I use a razor plane (not this overpriced plastic one from Gilette). I used to have 3 devices: beard trimmer, body groomer and one for head hair. Now I only use this one and it beats the others in every category. No cuts even in the trickiest places. The linear motor is brilliant, blade always runs at the same speed. The battery lasts 3 to 4 times longer than any other tool I've had before.
