I ordered it for my wife so I don't know first hand :-) But basically: it's exactly the same machine. The only difference is the accessories included. From what I hear, she's doing the same (removing the hair of the face) plus doing a foot treatment. And she does that with the base model.
So I'd say you can get this one, and if you think it's needed you can always order the accessories later.

It is the same epilator with different accessories and 9521 seems to have a different colour, possibly a special edition.
