Dear Customer, First of all, we apologise for these circumstances. We understand and share the disappointment. Unfortunately, these shear parts are currently sold out. We have regularly checked all our sources of supply, but these parts are currently not available. Due to the high demand for Braun Series 9 shavers worldwide, it seems that all available parts have been used for the production of the new shavers. Replacement parts are announced for mid-year 2016.
