Instructions for use
The 2 wings on the back of the plaster make it easier to apply: see diagram below. 1/ Start applying the plaster by positioning it in the centre of the lumbar area. To do this, remove the protective wing (1), starting in the centre and working from top to bottom. Allow the plaster to adhere to the skin while you remove the protective wing. 2/ Proceed in the same way with the wing (2). Caution! Never pull off the protective flap all at once, otherwise the plaster could stick to itself. If you apply the plaster to a very hairy area, you can remove it more easily under the shower jet (do not use water that is too hot, water at room temperature is ideal).
