Eucalyptus globulus, true lavender, rosemary with cineole, red myrtle, oregano, Roman chamomile, ravensare, exotic basil, peppermint.

Application

Shake well before each use. As soon as the pain becomes noticeable, massage each individual acupressure point (temples, eyebrows, neck and trapezius muscle) - see diagram on the opening of the case - for about five seconds with the massage ball in concentric circular movements. Repeat if necessary.

Instructions for use
Apply by acupressure locally to each temple, then to the centre of the forehead, then follow the hairline, then behind each ear and to the end of the neck, ending with the pressure point at the cervical vertebra, above the spine. Apply the roller by massaging the pressure points. If possible, rest for 10 minutes afterwards.
