Instructions for use
- Phiten tapes can be applied to any affected area without any special technique. - First clean and dry the area to which you want to apply the tape. - If necessary, remove any hair from the area. - Apply the tape to cover this area. No specific technique needs to be followed when applying the tape dots. - Tapes can be worn for weeks, depending on skin tolerance. For hygienic reasons, we recommend a period of application of 2 - 3 days. - The tape roll can be cut to the right size. There is a measurement scale on the back. - Apply the tape to the slightly pre-stretched muscle without stretching (can improve the effect) along the course of the muscle. - The tape can also be used according to the kinesiological method. Tip: - Round off the corners of the tape with scissors, as the sharp corners can come off more easily, e.g. when drying or rubbing against clothing. - If the tape comes off in one place, it does not have to be removed completely, you can simply cut off this area and leave the rest of the tape on.
