Application:

To measure body temperature in ear mode, remove the cover and gently insert the thermometer into the ear canal, then press the measurement button – the result will appear in about one second. For forehead measurement, keep the cover on, hold the device at a short distance (0–5 mm) from the forehead, and also press the button. In both modes, the device displays the measurement result within a few seconds.
