Instructions for use | 1) Rinse the underwear with cold water until it runs clear (1-2 minutes). 2) Wash together with the laundry at up to 40 degrees (laundry bag recommended). 3) Do not use fabric softener as the pad absorbs it. 4) Air dry or tumble dry. 5) Put fresh period underwear back in the wardrobe.
