Ingredients and instructions for use

Ingredients
Otrivin Natural contains sterile, isotonic seawater corresponding to 0.9% sodium chloride. The solution is rich in mineral salts and trace elements.
Instructions for use
Application: - If necessary, blow your nose. - Hold your head over a washbasin and position your head as horizontally as possible by leaning forwards and turning it sideways. - Insert the spray head into the upper nostril, then spray briefly (2-3 seconds). - Then turn the head to the other side and repeat the process in the other nostril. Spray 1-2 puffs 4 times a day into each nasal cavity. Hygiene instructions: Wash and dry the spray head after each use. Do not use the spray head for several people.
