With the Shine Loud High Pigment Lip Shine in the shade ‘Never Basic’ by NYX Professional Makeup, you can achieve a rich, burgundy lip look for special occasions. To apply the highly pigmented colour precisely to your lips, first sweep it along the lip line using the specially shaped applicator, then apply it to the rest of the lips. Once it has dried briefly, apply the matching top coat from the other end of the stick. This seals the colour, ensuring it lasts for up to 16 hours, and gives your make-up its stunning glossy finish.
