The color is highly pigmented and can be easily and precisely applied with the specially shaped applicator. Application

Step 1 - Apply the high-pigment base coat. Allow to dry for about 90 seconds before proceeding to step 2.
Step 2 - Apply the ultra-gloss top coat.

Result

Does not fade, does not feather, and stays in place: it can be kissed and drunk, and can even be worn under a mask!
