The Line Loud Longwear Lip Pencil from NYX Professional Makeup can be used on its own or in combination with a lipstick. Firstly, trace the contours of the lips using the precise tip of the lip liner. Then, if necessary, blend the texture inwards. Now apply the desired lipstick. To achieve a glossy finish, a lip gloss can also be used after applying the lip liner and lipstick. For the 90's look, choose a darker lip liner colour than the lipstick or wear the lip liner alone without blending.
