Nouba Write and Blend Creamy Shadow Liner No. 59 is a highly pigmented, creamy shadow liner in a waterproof formulation that lasts extra long. It can also be used as an eyeshadow. The intense color payoff is achieved through highly concentrated micronized pigments. Special gel formulas provide flexible hold and prevent flaking. The acacia oil in Nouba Write & Blend has a soothing effect, while vitamins E and C offer anti-aging benefits. Film-forming resins ensure the waterproof formulation.

Application: Apply Nouba Write and Blend along the lash line to contour the eyes.
