The Nouba Touch Concealer is designed for perfect coverage and brightening of dark circles, blemishes, redness, and fine lines, and is applied before foundation. The soft and moisturizing formula does not dry out sensitive skin areas. Micronized pigments and spherical powders ensure an even complexion. A blend of Vitamin E, rosemary extract, and sunflower oil makes the skin supple and provides hydration.

Application: Apply the Nouba Touch Concealer sparingly with fingertips, a sponge, or a brush from the back of the hand, either before or after foundation.
