The non-adherent wound pad contains microdispersed oxidized cellulose, a hemostatically effective substance that accelerates blood clotting and stops bleeding. The quick wound dressing is suitable for covering and protecting minor wounds such as cuts, scrapes, or abrasions, making it especially ideal for use while shaving. Nexcare Blood-Stop bandages are particularly soft, flexible, and breathable – they provide comfortable wear and allow for high skin breathability. Warning: These bandages are not suitable for treating severe arterial bleeding or bleeding from large blood vessels. In case of heavy bleeding, a doctor should be consulted.
