The unique chemical structure of MyDay daily contact lenses creates a network of silicone channels that allow oxygen to pass through much more efficiently. As a result, less silicone material is needed to achieve the desired oxygen permeability. The silicone network enables a higher proportion of hydrophilic material, creating a contact lens that combines the best features of both hydrogel and silicone hydrogel.
